MySkillChart Software
In 2016, leveraging their experience with Gymnastics USA, Austin and Zander Arthur led their in-house development team to create MySkillChart.com, addressing a critical gap in class-based skill tracking. The platform was built on an enterprise-grade stack, Java 15 with Spring 4.3 and Hibernate 5.4 on the backend, Angular 7 with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript on the frontend, and MySQL with Liquibase for database management, deployed continuously under Agile Scrum by a team of seven full-stack developers on AWS.
The result was a sophisticated SaaS platform with comprehensive user management and real-time data processing, scaled across facilities nationwide. Its success culminated in a 2021 acquisition by Constellation Software, a publicly traded Canadian software company, validating our ability to develop and scale innovative technical solutions.
